The Pilates Way (formerly known as Caroline Copp Pilates) has been running Pilates classes in Surrey since 2007. I currently offer the following services:-

Equipment Pilates on the Reformer, Cadillac and Wunda Chair at my Studio in Guildford
Matwork Pilates at various locations in Guildford and Worplesdon
Antenatal Pilates
Private Tuition
